You are probably here because you are looking for a financial advisor. Like many people, you may not quite know where to start, or even what questions to ask. But that doesn't change the fact that you've worked hard to get where you are. Because of that, it is important that you find someone who is not only honest, but well-aligned with your long-term interests. A partner you talk things through with, who keeps you moving towards the things that are important to you. The following is a note-taking template, with suggested questions to use when interviewing a financial advisor. While it doesn't guarantee a perfect result, it should help provide some transparency for you to make this decision.
